More writing today. Tuesday's work was about 500 words. Now it's about 1100, so around 600 words today. Call this one the hawk story.

I did my writing on my laptop again today, this time at the Fitness Center. Jackie came to go to a class, and I came so she wouldn't have an excuse to stay home.

I was feeling a bit under the weather yesterday. I felt too tired to run after work, then woke up in the middle of the night with abdominal cramps. I was thinking food poisoning, but I felt enough better this morning that I figure it was probably just a virus. Still, I was too tired to run again this evening, and decided not to try to lift either. So, I brought my laptop and wrote here at the Fitness Center. It worked okay.

Got a rejection in the mail today, from Asimov's, for a story that had been there five months. My first rejection from Sheila Williams. With that rejection, I once again have zero stories out. I've scheduled some time this weekend to select markets for my stories and get them out.
