Sorry not to have gotten a picture of the dog.
Run was 2.94 miles. Kinda slow, even for me. (That is, I’m a very slow runner, but running with the dog I’m even slower, because she needs to stop and sniff, and stop and pee.)
Still, very pleasant, and no doubt good cardio.
