Please don’t send guest post submissions or proposals. They will be deleted unread, and they won’t be responded to (except if I’m in a very good mood, I might send a link to this policy page).

If your intent is to propose a piece for Wise Bread, I’m entirely the wrong contact. Check their website and follow the directions there for contacting the editors or admins. (I was always the wrong contact for Wise Bread guests posts, but now that I’m no longer even a writer there, I’m getting even more offers of Wise Bread guest posts. What’s up with that?)
