  1. Yesterday’s gratitude post was a test of the “Aside” post format. Today’s is a test of the “Status” post format.

    Neither does what I want on Twitter. Neither does what I want on Facebook. Neither does what I want on Google+ (although it’s closer).

    This may be a Jetpack problem (I use Jetpack to push posts here out to social media, but I don’t see any way to configure exactly what gets posted), but I don’t suppose it really matters much where the fault lies.

    She’s getting old now—just turned 17. Just last week she suddenly became lame, barely able to put weight on her front legs. We’d assumed it was just osteoarthritis getting worse, but the vet suggested it might be some sort of nerve problem. In any case, we’re trying to give her steroid pills, and I think succeeding.
